Our lawyers have defended clients in matters involving tax shelters, LIBOR and benchmark-rate investigations, the Panama Papers investigation, and congressional investigations—including New York City and its Mayor before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
Representation of clients before the SEC and other regulators in investigations, enforcement actions, and related proceedings arising under the federal securities laws. Sandeep Savla conducted these investigations from inside the SEC’s Enforcement Division and defended against them as Head of Litigation for the Americas at a global financial institution.

Our lawyers have drafted Supreme Court merits and certiorari-stage briefs in matters involving statutory interpretation, the Takings Clause, administrative law, personal jurisdiction, and retirement plans. They have clerked for judges of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia and the District of Massachusetts.
